Pam Neuffer

Managing Partner

Pam began her 30 year career working with AT&T followed by Bell South. Pam began working as a Technology Contractor in 1996. In 2003 she along with a partner started KNC Technologies (formally known as Ken-Nect Communications). With her consistent drive and determination she continues to work to bring excellence to the customer.  Pam’s focus & goal has always been to produce a true single source solution for the clients. With that goal in mind, she has guided and grown the company into being a premier provider of Integrated Systems that include Communications, Fire and Security, CCTV, Audio Visual and Access Control systems. She is a firm believer in holding people accountable and providing her customers the excellence they deserve.

Mark Lanham

Technical Engineer

Mark began his career in the communications industry after completing his B.S. In Mechanical Engineering in 1984. Throughout his tenure in the industry Mark has experienced many changes in the business. Mark holds an RCDD certification with numerous other certifications.

Jeannie Kearney

Sales Manager

Having been in the Communications industry for over 20 years, Jeannie brings a wealth of experience to our team. Prior to joining KNC, Jeannie was employed with Black Box Network Services over NC/SC. Jeannie works closely with our customers and Project Managers to ensure that our customers get the excellent quality they deserve.

Mike McCloskey

Operations Manager

Mike serves in the capacity of a Key Account Manager and in the additional role of a Operations/Service Manager. His experience at KNC allows for this dual role in which he insures “customer satisfaction”.    He holds a RCDD Certification and a Bicsi Level 2 certificate, along with numerous industry training certificates from Milestone, Corning, Axis, Exacq and ONSSI.   Mike has been employed with KNC for his entire career, spanning over 13 years.

Ted Hulme

Project Manager

Ted Hulme got his start in the Communications industry when he went to work for a small telephone company in 2003, quickly learning the basics of the industry.  In 2010 he began his career with Ken-Nect Communications (Now KNC Technologies, LLC)  as a lead Fire/Security Technician. Ted played an important role while Ken-Nect was evolving into a Security Company, conducting all of the initial installations.   Ted holds a NICET Level II certification, NC Low Voltage Electrical License and is factory trained and certified in Notifier, S2, Edwards VM, Honeywell, Axis and Paxton.
